Authorities have released the names of the victims of the collision between an Amtrack train and a dump truck in Mendon, Missouri. Rochelle Cook, Kim Holsapple, and Binh Pham were Amtrack passengers on the Amtrack train that collided with a dump truck. Billy Barton II, the driver of the dump truck, was also killed. In addition to four deaths, 150 passengers were taken to hospitals for treatment of injuries.
This is an update to a previous post. Initially, only 3 deaths were reported but Binh Pham died later at University Hospital in Columbia Missouri. The National Transportation Safety Board is still investigating the incident.
