Friday. The Major Investigation Team continues to investigate the crash.

Case Analysis:

Legal contributor Attorney Brian Mickelsen, an experienced truck accident lawyer, represents
victims injured or killed in semi-truck accidents. Below, Attorney Mickelsen shared his insight
into the legal options available to victims injured in commercial truck accidents.

“Little is known about what led up to the crash. Without the results from the Major Investigation
Team, it is difficult to know which driver was at-fault. Having said that, evidence must be
preserved. This includes, but is not limited to, dash cam video, witness statements, photographs,
video, tire marks, and electronic black box data from both the dump truck and the F-150.”
